I am a passionate, dedicated, and experienced (22 years) Realtor who focuses on residential and investment properties in Vancouver and at UBC, and also on positive cash-flow properties throughout northern BC and elsewhere. I've recieved multiple industry awards over the years that demonstrate performance and competence, however, it's relationships and clients' repeat successes that drive me. It's simple; client first, and all else will follow.  My wife and I live beside UBC with our 2 young children and dog, and maintain a growing portfolio of investment properties.
